I dont remember the name of the show but it was something to do with the luxury malls that are coming up in India now. And during the interviews with some of the Real Estate Consultants & Strategy Consultants who deal with the HNIs one of the comparison that came up was "Indian Economy right now is like Indian Cricket" - You will lose a few matches but Indian cricket never dies & in the same way the economy is on a downturn right now but Indian Economy is here to stay and hence a down turn today will not have a long term effect on these luxury malls that are coming up in India.
Interesting comparison & to me it did make lot of sense too!
What say? Would the luxury malls be a success in India or with global slowdown they are entering just at the wrong time...
