Yesterday i happened to see two interviews - Sujata Firodia from Kinetic and Muthuraman from Tata Steel. Both of them have been succesful in their own rights and have done wonderfully well in their fields.
Where Firodia who graduated from Stanford has shown tremendous courage in leading and taking Kinetic to next stage, Muthuraman showedwhy Tata Steel was able to acquire Corus and become fifth largest steel maker in the world. Firodia also told how she has been able to reach the top most position in Kinetic against the odds of being a women. She also discussed about how her husband, Manish (again from Stanford) has supported her and has been the pillar of support.
Muthuraman discussed about the excitement levels a day before Corus bid and how he kept his cool. He potrayed the level of stability that Tata Group has shown over the years.
Both of them were exceptionally good and inspirational, great show and really both of them hae been wonderful in taking India across the boundaries.
