Orkut...Boon or Bane..

With Orkut turning out to become the Youth Icon, it has all of a sudden found mention in every newspaper, news channel and magazines. And the most important question everyone seems to be asking is - Is Orkut a boon or a bane?

With so many reasons to support either of the two, i am totally confused. With rave parties to sex scandals, it has created heights of disturbances in human lives but on the other hand it has made sure that many long lost friends find a way to stay in touch. It has also helped form so many communities like Adventure communities and many similar ones, that one is forced to thing that it has more positives than negatives. But as with any good thing, whether its been mobile phones, television sets, nuclear weapons...this too has two sides of coin and with so many irresponsible souls around on this earth it will always have to face the brunt of "bane" tag.
