Monish has also brought in Kawali music to highlight the Indian culture. "Moti Mahal Tandoori Trail" is the new look of the Moti Mahal Restraunts and Monish wants to build in a small business class hotels with the most wanted facilities by the time commonwealth games come to India.

Considering his desire to make it a global chain he has also gone out and started DNY Bread Bar which serves the Moti Mahalised version of American Sandwiches for the calorie conscious.
